This position is responsible for developing and managing a structured, engaging onboarding experience for new hourly hires, including orientation, safety training, and role-specific instruction. This role coordinates training schedules and on-the-job learning sessions while monitoring key performance indicators such as attrition and time-to-training to support operational goals. The coordinator analyzes feedback, performance data, and best practices to continuously improve training effectiveness and employee retention.

Additionally, the role ensures all training documentation complies with OSHA, ISO, and internal audit standards, while serving as a first-line coach and mentor to new employees in a fast-paced, shift-based environment. Strong instructional design, data analysis, communication, and coaching skills are essential for success in this position.

DUTIES/RESPONSABILITIES

§ Create a structured, engaging induction flow for current hires (orientation, safety, role‑specific training)





§ Coordinate Trainings and on the job sessions for each hourly hirings

§ Track Key indicators concerning attrition, time to training and report them to the management

§ Use feedback, performance date and best practice to improve the

§ Ensure all training records meet OSHA, ISO, and internal audit requirements.

§ Act as a first‑line coach for new hires, fostering engagement and early retention.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES

· Strong instructional design and facilitation abilities.

· Data analysis (Excel, Power BI) for performance tracking.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.

· Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, shift‑based environment.
