As the Onboarding Project Management Office Lead, you’ll be a pivotal figure at GreenShield, overseeing client onboarding across multiple lines of business.

Your role includes guiding project managers, ensuring adherence to governance frameworks, and fostering a high-performance team spirit. Focus on enhancing client satisfaction while maintaining operational standards. Key Responsibilities:

- Mentor project managers in client onboarding processes
- Ensure effective governance and standardization across projects
- Develop strategic change management plans
- Promote an Agile framework for project delivery
- Provide insights on KPIs for continuous improvement Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and equivalent experience
- PMP certification along with 5+ years in leadership
- Experience in group advantages and insurance
- Bilingual with understanding of Quebec market dynamics
