The Role

As a Pan Room Operator - Polish, you will support daily production while ensuring food quality, safety, and production standards are consistently met. You will monitor product quality throughout the process, follow established recipes and procedures, complete required production and traceability records, and maintain a clean and safe work environment. You will identify and communicate any food safety, quality, equipment, or production concerns to the appropriate lead or supervisor.

You are dependable, safety-conscious, and attentive to detail, with a strong commitment to food quality and safety. You understand the importance of following established processes, accurately documenting production information, and recognizing when a product or process does not meet required standards. You communicate effectively, work well as part of a team, and take pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe production environment.

Qualifications





- Post-secondary education and/or food industry background with experience is an asset.
- Computer literate with the ability to complete paperwork as assigned.
- Dependable with a good attendance record.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work shift work, including 8-to-12-hour shifts, holidays, overtime, and call-in shifts as required.
- No bending or lifting restrictions.
- Knowledge of current health and safety legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Willingness to be cross trained.
- Valuable mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrates good manufacturing practices.
- Exceptional people skills and coaching ability.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
