Introduction Prime Hires is seeking a skilled Operations Officer II to join our client in support of an existing vacancy.

Monday – Friday, 10 AM to 6:30, or 8:30 AM to 5 PM

Job Responsibilities

Helping the wealth LOB with cash in and cash out requests, processing requests on various applications, high volume processing transactions, SLA based.

Experience & Qualification Requirements

University Graduate degree required.

2-4 years of banking/financial required.

Customer service experience.

Microsoft 365 proficiency- Outlook, Word and Excel.

Experience with excel spreadsheet management.
