Job Title: Oracle Cloud Project Manager

Role Overview:

We are hiring an experienced Oracle Cloud Project Manager to lead Oracle Cloud implementations and manage end-to-end project delivery for our Canadian clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage full life-cycle implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud (Finance / SCM / HCM).
- Manage all phases of the project - Planning, Execution, Monitoring, and Closure.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Act as a primary point of contact between client stakeholders and internal teams.
- Track project progress, manage risks, issues, and budgets.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, following Oracle best practices.




- Coordinate with Functional and Technical consultants for design, testing, and deployment.
- Drive status meetings, steering committee meetings, and prepare project reports.

Required Qualifications:

- 7+ years of experience in Project Management with at least 2+ end-to-end implementations of Oracle Fusion Cloud / Oracle ERP Cloud.
- Robust understanding of Oracle Fusion modules (any stream - ERP, HCM, SCM).
- Proven experience in Project Management methodologies - Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with project management tools - MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet.
- PMP certification is a strong plus.
