Menzies Metal Products was formed in 1978 by Sam Menzies. From Sam’s garage, the company has grown to become a leader in producing products for the roofing, building, and plumbing industries. Working closely with Building organizations, over the years Menzies has been designing effective and cutting-edge products, improving and simplifying roofing products for ease of installation and economics. From our state-of-the-art fabrication shop in Surrey, BC, our company supplies products in both Canada and the United States. In 2021, Menzies Group acquired Primex Vents.

At Primex

Vents, we design and build HVAC Venting solutions that match customers' needs and business objectives.

Duties

- Perform precise and efficient picking of items for customer orders.
- Fill out pick lists with all necessary information including box quantity, number of pallets, weights and picked quantities.
- Double check other pickers’ orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Remove empty skids and packaging materials promptly.




- Refill pick bins when empty.
- Other tasks as mentioned on Warehouse Guidelines.

Requirements

- Previous experience in order picking or warehouse distribution is preferred.
- Proficiency in operating a standup reach truck.
- Forklift ticket or experience operating (we will update ticket if expired) - Required
- Ability to lift items and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $21.00 per hour
