PrecisionERP/IT is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Manager for a long-term contract opportunity in Regina, Saskatchewan.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute organizational change management strategies.
- Conduct change impact, stakeholder, and readiness assessments.
- Develop communication and stakeholder engagement plans.
- Manage resistance and support successful change adoption.
- Facilitate workshops and work closely with business leaders, project teams, and stakeholders.
- Support large-scale business and technology transformation initiatives.

Requirements
- Prosci/ADKAR Certification – Mandatory
- Robust Organizational Change Management experience.
- Experience with large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Must be available onsite in Regina, Monday–Friday.
