Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Osteopath to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide patient care focused on musculoskeletal health, utilizing manual therapy techniques and comprehensive treatment plans. This role requires robust communication skills, organizational abilities, and a thorough understanding of medical terminology and patient management.

This role is a full-time or part-time position with a 75/25 split to start and can increase from there to your benefit. Our clinic is open Monday - Saturday so you can choose and make your own hours based off that and vacation time is flexible!

Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ musculoskeletal systems through assessments and medical history reviews
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing manual therapy techniques, including manipulation and soft tissue work
- Maintain accurate documentation and update patient records using electronic health record systems. Being familiar with the Jane app is ideal.
- Communicate effectively with patients to explain treatment options, and post-care instructions.




- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care, when appropriate

- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to musculoskeletal health and the human body
- Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple cases efficiently and maintain accurate records
- Ability to conduct thorough assessments and adapt to complex or unexpected cases, developing individualized treatment plans that align with each patients goals and needs
- Time management skills essential for scheduling appointments and managing caseloads effectively
