Compensation package will be between $69,000 - $85,000 per year which includes commissions, vehicle allowance, cell phone and gas card. Wages may be scaled with relevant experience and/or education. The position is based out of our Nanaimo location. The area of responsibility is primarily in Nanaimo, with potential to expand to Parksville and other areas.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Considerate and professional conduct
- Service existing accounts and search/secure new business opportunities
- Determine needs, research products and generate quotes
- Co-ordinate customer requirements, deadlines and concerns with colleagues/vendors
- Place and pull orders, load vehicles as needed
- Support, promote and attend vendor/customer events
- Stay informed on new products/services
- Set and achieve skilled goals/targets
- Solution driven

Essential:

- 1+ years of sales experience in the HVAC industry
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills
- Good written and verbal communication




- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to work well with others
- Knowledge of successful sales tactics
- Ability to multi-task
- Great time management skills
- Completion of Grade 12
- HVAC industry knowledge required
