In this full-time role, you will directly report to the Manager of Critical Care and Respiratory Therapy while focusing on the promotion of health for adults and children in critical conditions. With three years of recent Critical Care experience and pertinent certifications, the successful candidate will engage effectively with patients and healthcare professionals alike. Fostering a safe setting and continuous learning is essential.

Key Responsibilities:



• Deliver compassionate care to critically ill patients • Foster collaboration among healthcare teams • Utilize critical thinking during emergency responses • Actively promote patient safety and adherence to protocols • Participate in ongoing staff training and unit initiatives

Requirements: • Certification with Ontario College of Nurses • Minimum three years’ experience in Critical Care • BCLS, ACLS, and PALS certification (or commitment to obtain) • Strong leadership and communication skills • Commitment to continuous professional development
