Job Summary

BrushBoy is looking for painters projects for interior and exterior residential and commercial jobs. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in high-quality work, can confidently cut, brush and roll a room, and whose looking to grow in their role.

Past experience is a plus, but we can also train you if you are a good listener, motivated, and seeking to learn.

Responsibilities

- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, caulking, filling, and masking
- Assist with priming and painting (brush & roll)
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow instructions and work efficiently as part of a small team
- Support the lead painter in completing high-quality finishes

Requirements

- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and good work ethic
- Great communications skills
- 1 year experience (Preferred)
