The Clinical

Supervisor will ensure that PSWs and HSWs provide exemplary care in compliance with regulations. You will play a key role in team leadership, problem-solving, and enhancing patient care through comprehensive assessment and evaluation protocols. Chance exists for ongoing professional development and strong patient relationships. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise personal support workers to maintain compliance
- Address and resolve patient and staff concerns
- Lead one-on-one discussions and team huddles
- Conduct patient safety investigations and ensure follow-ups
- Collaborate on clinical documentation and reporting needs Requirements:
- Current RN or RPN registration with no restrictions
- At least 5 years of relevant nursing experience
- Proficiency in comprehensive patient assessments
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
