The Part-Time Assistant Softball Coach will assist the Head Coach with practices, games, player development, recruiting, and overall team operations. The ideal candidate will have strong softball knowledge, communication skills, and a commitment to developing college student-athletes.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with planning and conducting team practices and workouts.
- Provide instruction and development in softball fundamentals and position-specific skills.
- Assist with game preparation,



in-game coaching, scouting, and team strategy.
- Support recruiting efforts, camps, clinics, and team events as needed.
- Help maintain a positive, competitive, and professional team environment.

Availability & Travel:

- Must be available to participate in most team practices throughout the season.
- Must have flexibility for games, tournaments, evenings, and weekends as needed.
- Required availability for the team

Requirements:

Minimum Requirements:

- Previous softball playing or coaching experience required.
- Strong knowledge of softball fundamentals and strategy.
- Ability to work effectively with college-aged student-athletes.
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Requirements:

- Collegiate softball coaching or playing experience preferred.
