Part time Commercial Cleaner / Janitor – Thursdays & Fridays

Vancouver Janitorial Services Inc. is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner / Janitor to join our team for a permanent part-time position servicing two commercial locations.

This is an excellent position for someone looking for consistent weekly hours and who takes pride in maintaining professional, clean, and well-presented spaces.

Schedule & Locations

Thursday – Marine Gateway Station Area, Vancouver

- Approximately 4 hours per shift
- Every Thursday

Friday – Gilmore Station Area, Burnaby

- Approximately 4 hours per shift
- Every Friday

Total: Approximately 8-10 hours per week

Applicants should be available to work both Thursday and Friday every week.

Responsibilities

Duties may include

- Cleaning and sanitizing washrooms
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
- Emptying garbage and recycling
- Cleaning kitchens and common areas
- Wiping and disinfecting surfaces
- Cleaning glass, doors, and high-touch areas
- Restocking washroom supplies
- Maintaining a professional standard of cleanliness throughout the facility
- Reporting any maintenance or cleaning concerns to management

What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is:
- Reliable and punctual
- Detail-oriented
- Comfortable working independently
- Able to follow site-specific cleaning procedures




- Physically capable of completing a 6–7 hour cleaning shift
- Professional when working around clients, tenants, and building staff
- Experienced in commercial, office, janitorial, or facility cleaning

Previous commercial cleaning experience is preferred.

Having your own reliable transportation is an asset, particularly because the position involves two different locations.
