Goyea Mechanical Services is a growing, family-owned and operated HVAC and mechanical company serving residential and commercial customers throughout Windsor–Essex County.

Founded in 2018 by Meghan and Willis Goyea, the company began with one service truck and a commitment to providing honest advice, dependable workmanship, and the personalized service customers expect from a local family business. Since then, we have continued to grow while maintaining the same family-oriented culture and values on which the company was built.

Our services include heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, plumbing, boilers, rooftop equipment, and preventative maintenance. We believe in supporting one another, working hard, taking accountability, and treating our employees and customers with respect.

About the Position

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and hardworking Customer Service Representative to join our office team three days per week.

This position has a strong likelihood of becoming full-time as the company and the role continue to grow. The responsibilities will also expand to include outbound customer calls, service follow-ups, maintenance reminders, and customer-retention initiatives.

The right person does not necessarily need HVAC experience. We are willing to provide training to someone who is eager to learn, works hard, accepts feedback, and wants to build a long-term career with our company.

Our office can become extremely busy, especially during periods of severe weather. The successful candidate must be able to remain calm under pressure, manage competing priorities, and continue providing professional customer service in a fast-paced workplace.

Duties





- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email with energetic professionalism
- Assist customers with scheduling appointments and providing product or service information
- Enter customer data accurately into our systems, ensuring all records are up-to-date
- Identify opportunities for upselling HVAC services or maintenance plans to enhance customer satisfaction
- Communicate effectively
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills during all interactions
- Collaborate with team members to analyze customer feedback and improve service delivery
- Provide customers with appointment and technician updates
- Contact customers regarding maintenance reminders and seasonal service needs
- Help promote maintenance plans and other company services
- Assist with customer-retention and follow-up campaigns
- Support the office team with administrative tasks as needed

Skills

- Strong data entry abilities with attention to detail and accuracy
- Multilingual skills, especially fluency in English and Spanish, are highly valued
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a positive attitude
- Analysis skills to assess customer needs and identify sales opportunities
- Experience in sales or upselling HVAC services is a plus
- Customer service experience with a focus on phone etiquette and client satisfaction
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
