We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities

- Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the restaurant's point-of-sale system.
- Provide menu recommendations and upsell items to enhance the dining experience.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Monitor tables for guest satisfaction, addressing any needs or concerns promptly.
- Process payments accurately, including cash handling and credit card transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.




- Adhere to food safety regulations and ensure compliance with health standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.

Experience

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to help others are essential traits for success in this role.
