Duties

- Prepare and cook menu items with precision, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, portioning, and assembling ingredients for service
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures to ensure cleanliness and hygiene
- Support the kitchen team during busy hours by efficiently managing meal assembly and plating
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment sanitation and storage practices
- Collaborate with serving staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and excellent customer service




- Adhere to all restaurant policies related to food safety, sanitation, and health regulations

Qualifications

- Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen safety standards
- Familiarity with food handling procedures and maintaining cleanliness in a professional kitchen
- Strong understanding of serving protocols and delivering excellent guest experiences

- Flexibility to work part time hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
