Eye Story Optical is looking for a caring, professional, and patient-focused Part-Time Optometrist to join our clinic on Saturdays.

We are seeking an optometrist who values comprehensive patient care and is interested in establishing a consistent Saturday schedule at our modern optical clinic located in the Yonge & Finch area.

Schedule & Compensation

- Saturdays only
- Consistent weekly Saturday schedule
- Minimum guaranteed compensation: $1,000 per Saturday
- Guarantee applies regardless of the number of patients booked
- Prospect to grow patient volume as the practice continues to expand

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive eye examinations and assess ocular health.
- Diagnose and manage refractive errors and common eye conditions.
- Prescribe eyeglasses, contact lenses, and appropriate treatment plans based on individual patient needs.
- Provide professional and compassionate care to children, adults, and seniors.
- Educate patients about eye health, vision correction, and preventative care.
- Maintain accurate patient records using EMR software.
- Collaborate with our opticians and optical team to provide a seamless patient experience.




- Maintain all required professional and licensing standards.

Qualifications
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Licensed and in good standing with the College of Optometrists of Ontario.
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, dependable, and patient-focused.
- Comfortable working with patients of all ages.
- Experience with EMR software is an asset.
- Previous private practice or optical experience is preferred but not required.
