What You’ll Be Doing As part of our team, you will:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and establish evidence-based treatment plans aligned with patient goals
- Provide manual therapy, progressive exercise programming, and education to support long-term change
- Use modalities when appropriate (ultrasound, IFC, shockwave, laser therapy)
- Coordinate care with other clinicians for complex cases and shared patients
- Document clearly and promptly, and communicate progress with patients and (when required) referring providers

The Clinician We’re Hoping to Meet You’ll likely enjoy this role if you’re:
- Naturally collaborative and comfortable communicating with other clinicians
- Patient-centred, evidence-based, and strong with rapport and active listening
- Confident in manual therapy + exercise prescription (or eager to grow through mentorship)
- Organized with documentation and comfortable in a busy clinic setting
- Familiar with measuring, fitting, and prescribing medical compression stockings (strong advantage)
- Open to evenings, and ideally able to contribute to weekend rotation

Registration Requirements (Must-Have)
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Current professional liability insurance
