Progressive Ford is looking for an experienced PartsAdvisor to join our Fixed Operations team in Wallaceburg, Ontario.

The Parts Advisor is responsible for helping retailcustomers, wholesale customers, technicians, and service advisors identify andsource the correct automotive parts. This role combines customer service,parts sales, inventory management, order fulfillment, and wholesale accountsupport.

What You'll Do

- Assistretail, wholesale, and internal customers with automotive partsidentification, pricing, availability, and ordering
- Useelectronic parts catalogues and dealership systems to accurately identifyand locate parts
- Pull,receive, organize, and fill parts orders
- SupportService and Collision departments by ensuring required parts are availablewhen needed
- Monitorspecial-order and back-ordered parts and communicate updates to customersand internal teams
- Sourceout-of-stock parts from external suppliers and place emergency orders whenrequired
- Processparts sales, invoices, returns, credits, and payments accurately
- Reviewcollision repair estimates and coordinate parts requirements whenapplicable
- Maintainand develop relationships with wholesale parts customers
- Identifyopportunities to grow wholesale parts sales and develop new accounts




- Maintainaccurate parts inventory and assist with inventory counts and returns
- Keepthe parts counter, stockroom, and department clean, organized, and safe
- Followdealership, manufacturer, and health and safety policies

What We're Looking For

- 2+years of automotive parts experience
- Strongknowledge of automotive parts, accessories, and vehicle systems
- Strongcustomer service and communication skills
- Excellentattention to detail and organizational skills
- Abilityto manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortableusing computers, parts catalogues, and dealership management systems
- Validdriver's licence with a clean driving record
- Abilityto safely lift and move automotive parts and materials up to 50 lbs

Experience with wholesale parts sales, collision repairparts, or OEM parts systems is an asset.

Compensation

Base Pay: $20.00–$24.00 per hour

Additional performance-based earnings may be available basedon the dealership's compensation structure.
