Parts Advisor – Automotive Dealership, Chilliwack BC

We are looking for a parts advisor who can accurately order, receive, and ship product while building strong relations with customers, technicians, service advisors and wholesale services in a team-based workplace. Customer service, integrity and respect are the foundation of our organization. As a small team we place a heavy emphasis on teamwork and communication.

Job Duties:

- Accurately order, receive, bin and ship product
- Building quotes and estimates for customers
- Picking parts for technicians
- Work with individuals to understand their needs
- Work with individuals to ensure product arrives quick and accurately
- Deliver parts to local wholesale customers
- Complete routine bin checks to maintain inventory accuracy
- Additional duties assigned.

- Ability to work in a team and possesses strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude.
- Excellent listening skills.




- Ability to problem solve and high attention to detail.
- Loves a fast-paced environment.
- Automotive service knowledge and mechanical aptitude a bonus
- Pleasant and friendly workplace attitude

- Professional attitude and appearance

Parts Advisor experience preferred but not necessary. The successful candidate with a positive attitude and detail orientated skillset will receive on the job and ongoing training.
