Responsibilities

- Manage the entire parts inventory, including ordering, stocking, and tracking parts using ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.
- Coordinate sourcing and procurement activities to ensure the availability of high-demand parts while controlling costs through effective negotiation with suppliers.
- Oversee data entry processes to maintain accurate records of inventory levels, purchase orders, and supplier information.
- Lead purchasing initiatives by evaluating supplier options, negotiating prices, and establishing robust vendor relationships to secure quality parts at competitive prices.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting technicians, service advisors, and external clients with parts inquiries and orders promptly and professionally.
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)



tools to schedule maintenance parts and monitor demand planning for manufacturing or service needs.
- Operate forklifts safely when handling large or heavy parts within the warehouse or storage areas.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to streamline sourcing strategies, improve demand forecasting, and enhance overall procurement efficiency.

Skills

- Proven dealership or automotive industry experience with a strong understanding of vehicle or equipment parts operations.
- Proficiency in data entry, inventory management software, ERP systems, and CMMS platforms.
- Solid knowledge of purchasing processes, negotiation techniques, and supply chain management principles.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build lasting vendor relationships.
- Mechanical knowledge related to manufacturing or HVAC systems is highly desirable for understanding technical specifications.
- Experience operating forklifts safely and familiarity with safety protocols in warehouse environments.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in demand planning and procurement activities.
