What You’ll Do

✨ Be the first point of contact – Greet patients warmly and provide a welcoming experience.

✨ Manage calls & inquiries – Answer incoming phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and book appointments.

✨ Schedule & confirm appointments – Keep the schedule organized and efficient.





✨ Coordinate patient care – Assist with treatment coordination between general dentists and specialists.

✨ Handle insurance & billing – Retrieve insurance breakdowns, submit claims, and explain coverage to patients.

✨ Process payments – Ensure accurate billing and collect patient balances.

✨ Educate patients – Provide information on treatment plans and insurance benefits.

✨ Maintain organization – Keep administrative tasks and patient records up to date.

What We’re Looking For

✔ Dental Experience – Prior experience in a dental office is highly preferred.

✔ Insurance Knowledge – Strong understanding of dental insurance plans and billing procedures.

✔ Excellent Communication Skills – Friendly, skilled, and able to multitask effectively.

✔ Attention to Detail – Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities.

✔ Team Player – Positive attitude and willingness to support the entire dental team.
