Shared Health at Health Sciences Centre Winnipeg is seeking an experienced nurse to coordinate patient movement across admission, transfer and discharge within Adult Medicine/Family Medicine and ER programs. The role requires robust liaison with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor of Nursing, active CRNM registration, and at least four years of recent nursing experience, with CPR training in line with policy.
