Job Title: PeopleSoft Functional/Quality Assurance Lead (PeopleSoft)

Must Haves

- Provide senior functional expertise, project leadership and coordination of activities in the functional design and delivery of the project.
- Provide functional advice to clients and team leveraging their PeopleSoft HCM functional knowledge to meet project Human Capital Management functional knowledge to meet goals and objectives ensuring efficiency.
- PeopleSoft HCM Functional expertise in leading the analysis, design and configuration.
- Significant Knowledge of Human Resources and Payroll business functions especially as it related to the OraclePeopleSoft 9.2+ HCM applications and integration points, e.g. fluid, PUM upgrade, PS tools upgrade, including onboarding, benefits enrolment and life event management
- Experience leading functional teams to perform analysis, design and configuration for entire project lifecycle.
- Experience leading functional tests, system integration, load, performance, user acceptance, and payroll parallel testing for the PeopleSoft HCM application
- Experience with quality assurance principles, practices, tools and structure methodology, including defect tracking and handling.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; organizational, creativity and perseverance skills; verbal and written communication skills; and interpersonal skills.
- Should have a minimum of 5+ years of functional lead experience and 5+ years of experience as a QA.

Description





- WIN system administers compensation for approximately 68,000 OPS employees, processes payroll and enables appropriate deductions and remittances to third parties.
- WIN Digital Onboarding Project will digitize critical human resources and payroll processes that are currently manual or paper-based.
- Enhance WIN by expanding additional employee and manager self-service capabilities (e.g., extension/end to probationary period, certificate numbers, badge numbers).
- Transition Classic+ pages to the Fluid interface by upgrading additional legacy administrative pages and implementing technical upgrades.

Responsibilities

- Ability to analyze, evaluate and prioritize potential issues and provide advice on resolution.
- Suggest opportunities to improve design and configuration of PeopleSoft modules in use
- Lead system analysts and senior functional analysts' team for both OPS and Fee-for-service resources.
- Provide senior technical expertise, project leadership and coordination of activities in the testing of I⁢ solutions -Peoplesoft PUM upgrade, Tools upgrade and turning on current features including UI changes
- Provide technical advice to clients and leverage OPS I⁢ solutions and applications to meet program/service goals and objectives ensuring efficiency
- Ability to analyze,



evaluate and prioritize potential defects

Nice to have

- PeopleSoft HCM Functional expertise in leading the analysis, design and configuration of the Ontario Public Service (OPS) enterprise HR/Payroll system or at a Public Service client.
