Role Description The Personal Lines Insurance Broker role is a full-time, on-site position based in Saskatoon, SK. The broker will assist clients with home, tenant, condo, and automobile insurance needs, including assessing risk, recommending coverage, and preparing quotes and policy documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to client inquiries, processing policy changes, renewals, and cancellations,



and liaising with insurance carriers to ensure accurate and timely service.

The role also involves explaining policy terms and coverage options in clear language, maintaining detailed client records, and supporting walk-in clients with licensing and related services. The broker is expected to contribute to a professional, client-centered environment and uphold regulatory and compliance standards.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge and experience in Insurance Brokerage and Insurance, with a focus on personal lines coverage.
- Demonstrated Customer Service skills, including clear communication, active listening, and problem-solving.
- Relevant provincial insurance licensing or eligibility to obtain licensing within a defined time frame.
- Accuracy and attention to detail in documentation, quoting, and policy administration.
- Ability to work in office in Saskatoon, SK, and collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Previous experience in an insurance brokerage is an asset.
- Comfort with office technology and insurance management systems for client and policy processing.
