About Us

Flashback Whistler Photo Booth creates premium photo experiences for weddings, corporate events, galas, and brand activations across Whistler and the Sea to Sky corridor. Our equipment includes a handcrafted wooden photo booth, a sleek up-to-date booth for branded events, and Gondy 27, a restored 1960s Whistler gondola converted into a one-of-a-kind photo booth.

The Role

We're hiring an on-call attendant to run our photo booths at events. This is flexible, part time work, well suited to someone with a main job, studies, or another source of income who wants to pick up paid evening and weekend shifts.

What You'll Do

- Set up the photo booth, lighting, and backdrop before guests arrive
- Welcome guests and help them get great photos
- Keep the booth running smoothly for the client from start to finish
- Pack up and load out equipment at the end of the event

Full training provided. You'll shadow experienced staff at a few events before running one on your own.

What We're Looking For

- Comfortable talking to guests of all kinds and keeping the energy friendly and upbeat
- Reliable and calm under pressure




- Comfortable lifting and carrying equipment (up to 20 to 30 lbs on your own; heavier items are always a two-person lift) and standing for extended periods
- Available evenings and weekends, with some flexibility for occasional weekday or daytime events
- A valid driver's licence is required for this role
- Previous experience in hospitality, events, or customer service is a plus but not required

The Details
- On-call schedule, approximately 2 to 6 shifts per month depending on the season
- Shifts typically 4 to 6 hours, including setup and teardown

- Paid training
- $25.00/hour to start. There's room to grow into a higher rate as you take on more responsibility, for example running full setup and teardown independently
