Vital Path Addiction Clinic is looking for a Physician or Nurse Practitioner to provide specialized addiction care in Surrey, BC. Support patients with substance use disorders in a team-oriented clinic. This role at Vital Path Addiction Clinic features 4-6 hours of clinical work daily, ensuring comprehensive care for patients battling addiction. As part of a dynamic team, you’ll collaborate with an onsite pharmacist and a licensed practical nurse to enhance coordinated care.

Your role will also involve additional virtual appointments for patients across British Columbia. Key Responsibilities:

- Assess and treat patients with substance use disorders
- Collaborate for integrated medication management
- Conduct in-person and telehealth appointments
- Manage established patient care requirements
- Assist patients through recovery pathways Requirements:
- Valid BC Nurse Practitioner or Physician license
- Experience in addiction medicine or related fields
- Strong commitment to person-centred care
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
