Joint Health is seeking a Registered Physiotherapist to join a new on-site multidisciplinary healthcare program at a large corporate workplace in London. This opportunity is ideal for a clinician looking to add a few hours to their week, enjoy clinical autonomy, and help shape a growing service.

The Opportunity

You will provide physiotherapy to employees at their workplace, assessing and treating musculoskeletal conditions through individualized care. The location offers a private treatment space and access to an on-site gym for exercise and rehabilitation.

We are starting with one recurring four-hour block per week. The weekday and time can be arranged around your existing commitments, with potential to expand as demand develops. This is an independent contractor opportunity with a competitive percentage split. Joint Health manages bookings, payments, and administrative coordination, allowing you to focus on patient care.

Your Role

- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments.
- Develop and deliver individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
- Provide exercise prescription, manual therapy, education, and other interventions within your scope and clinical judgment.
- Help patients improve function, manage symptoms, and develop self-management strategies.
- Monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with other practitioners while respecting patient privacy and consent.

What We’re Looking For

- Current registration for Independent Practice with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
- Professional liability insurance.
- Solid musculoskeletal assessment and treatment skills.
- Confidence providing care independently and managing your own clinical caseload.
- Clear, empathetic communication and a commitment to one-to-one, patient-centred care.
- Reliability, organization, and an interest in building long-term patient relationships.
- One to two years of outpatient or private practice experience preferred.

As this is a new program, patient volumes will build over time. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable growing with the service and interested in helping establish a welcoming, high-quality workplace practice.
