Roberts Energy Services is currently seeking a Pile Driving Rigger/Swamper to join our team based out of Grande Prairie, Alberta. This role is vital to supporting our pile driving operations and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Pile Driving Operator with the proper installation of piling
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment in line with our preventative maintenance program
- Adhere strictly to company safety policies and procedures
- Support general site duties as needed

Qualifications:

- Valid and clean Class 5 driver’s licence
- Experience in rigging and operating equipment such as skid steers
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions




- Willingness to comply with company Drug and Alcohol testing policies

Certifications (considered an asset but not required):

- H2S Alive
- Ground Disturbance Level II
- First Aid Certification

- Shift work may be required depending on project needs
- Out-of-town travel is required
