Responsibilities
- Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings with precision and care to ensure consistent quality
- Assemble pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications
- Operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to achieve optimal cooking results
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including food handling stations
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper hygiene practices at all times during meal preparation
- Assist with food service duties such as taking orders, serving customers, and ensuring timely delivery of orders
- Support team members during busy periods by managing multiple tasks with energy and professionalism
Requirements
- Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards within a restaurant or food industry setting
- Ability to stand for extended periods while performing physical tasks such as lifting ingredients or operating kitchen equipment
- Strong attention to detail in meal preparation and maintaining cleanliness standards
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude in a fast-paced workplace
- Basic understanding of serving practices and customer service principles is a plus
