Process Implementation Specialist The Process Implementation Specialist will independently lead process initiatives from definition through implementation and closeout. Reporting to the Process Implementation Manager, this role will develop work plans, schedules, project controls, process documentation, stakeholder engagement approaches, and implementation strategies. The position will manage routine delivery issues, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and remain accountable for approved scope, schedule, quality, risk, communications, and outcomes.

Key internal stakeholders include project leads, functional managers, consultants, contractors, vendors, field operations, office staff, and senior leaders.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead internal process initiatives from planning through implementation, measurement, and closeout.

- Develop project delivery plans, schedules, action logs, decision logs, risk and issue registers, change records, performance measures, and closeout documentation.

- Coordinate project teams, functional managers, field operations, vendors, consultants, contractors, and other internal stakeholders to keep assigned work moving forward.

- Lead process discovery, workflow mapping, documentation, pilots, testing, training support, rollout activities, and adoption follow-up for assigned initiatives.

- Apply approved document-control practices, including templates, version control, naming conventions, approval records, publication workflows, review dates, and controlled repositories in accordance with documented Tomlinson data governance policies.

- Prepare transparent meeting minutes, dashboards, job aids, checklists, process maps, executive updates, and stakeholder communications.

- Monitor milestones, dependencies, budgets, schedule impacts, open actions, risks, changes, and implementation readiness.





- Resolve routine delivery issues within delegated authority and escalate material risks, decisions, or barriers with clear options and recommendations.

- Collect operational feedback and performance data to identify bottlenecks, coordinate corrective actions, and capture lessons learned.

- Maintain a single source of truth for assigned project schedules, risks, decisions, deliverables, benefits, and implementation status.

REQUIREMENTS

- Experience: Seven or more years of progressively responsible experience delivering projects, process implementations, construction operations initiatives, or an equivalent combination of demonstrated capability and experience.

- Construction knowledge: Direct experience with construction or capital projects is required, including practical knowledge of project lifecycle, drawings and specifications, procurement, contractors and consultants, site coordination, change management, schedule and cost impacts, deficiencies, commissioning/turnover, and field safety expectations.

- Project controls: Strong ability to develop and manage schedules, budgets, action and decision logs, risk and issue registers, change controls, performance measures, and controlled documents.

- Communication: Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce clear minutes, dashboards, process documents, job aids, and executive updates.

- Stakeholder management: Comfort working with field operations, technical teams, vendors, office staff, functional managers, and senior leaders.

- Technology: Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and project scheduling or tracking tools; ability to learn Tomlinson systems quickly.





- Leadership and judgment: Ability to lead meetings, challenge assumptions respectfully, make recommendations, resolve routine conflicts, manage competing priorities, and escalate material risks with clear options.

- Licensing: Valid driver’s license and willingness to attend operational and construction sites, if required by the assigned portfolio.

WORKING CONDITIONS

- Work will involve a combination of office-based planning, stakeholder meetings, documentation, and project coordination.

- Role may require visits to operational locations, field environments, construction sites, and project work areas

- Must be able to manage multiple concurrent priorities, deadlines, stakeholders, dependencies, and routine issues with limited supervision.

- Some travel between company locations and flexibility in schedule

COMPENSATION INFORMATION The expected range for this position is $75,000 - $110,000 annually. Placement within the range is dependent on a variety of factors including qualifications and experience.
