Tasks

As the

Procurement Manager , you will take on a diverse set of responsibilities, such as:

Independently manage the procurement process for assigned commodities in accordance with established procurement policies and approval frameworks, ensuring timely purchase and delivery of materials and equipment to support production schedules

Analyze, interpret, and report cost, supplier, and financial data to support budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and decision‑making

Identify and execute cost‑reduction and process improvement initiatives, including supplier consolidation or alternative sourcing opportunities

Issue purchase orders in accordance with established guidelines and monitor order progress through completion

Evaluate supplier performance by tracking key metrics such as delivery reliability, pricing accuracy, and responsiveness

All other duties as assigned or required

Requirements To thrive in this role, we value a combination of the following requirements:

Bachelor's degree required

Minimum 2-3 years of purchasing experience required

Fluency in English language required

German and French language desirable

Knowledge in Aviation MRO,



Project Management and/or Business Development

MS Office skills as expert

Excellent detail oriented

Excellent ability to work under pressure

Excellent customer orientation

Excellent interpersonal skills

Excellent negotiating skills

Successful completion of all required pre‑employment assessments or screenings

Willingness to travel

Must possess a valid driver’s license

Must possess a legal work permit in Canada
