Overview

We are seeking a Product Manager responsible for leading product planning and execution across the entire product lifecycle. This role focuses on defining product vision, aligning with business strategy, and delivering high-impact solutions that enhance customer experience and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

- Define and communicate the product vision aligned with organizational goals
- Ensure product initiatives support overall business strategy
- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and stakeholder alignment

Product Planning & Execution

- Own end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize product and customer requirements
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, prototypes, MRDs, and PRDs
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business value and customer impact

Customer & Market Focus

- Develop deep understanding of customer needs, pain points, and user experience
- Identify product gaps and opportunities for innovation
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback

Delivery & Collaboration

- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery




- Work with cross-functional teams including marketing, PR, and leadership
- Manage relationships with external partners and vendors

Go-to-Market & Growth

- Lead product launches and coordinate go-to-market strategies
- Define product positioning, messaging, and pricing strategies
- Evaluate and optimize promotional plans
- Drive market share growth and product adoption

Requirements Required Skills & Experience

- Proven experience delivering MRDs and PRDs with clear prioritization
- Strong product lifecycle management expertise
- Experience with beta programs, pilots, and early-stage product validation
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Robust stakeholder management and communication skills

- Experience working with engineering teams on product delivery
- Understanding of product deployment and integration processes
- Experience assessing partnerships, licensing, and third-party collaborations
