We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that products are fabricated, assembled, and packaged to meet quality standards. This position requires a blend of mechanical knowledge and practical skills to operate machinery and perform quality control checks effectively.

Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient manufacturing processes.
- Fabricate components according to specifications using various tools and equipment.
- Assemble products with precision, adhering to quality control guidelines.
- Conduct regular inspections of finished products for quality assurance.
- Utilize calipers and other measuring tools to verify dimensions and tolerances.
- Perform basic math calculations as needed for production tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards.




- Collaborate with team members to optimize production workflows.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor repairs as necessary.

Skills

- Solid mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand and operate various machinery.
- Experience in warehouse operations is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail for quality control purposes.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking abilities.
