Creative Steam Technologies (IST), a Division of Propak Systems Ltd, is the leading worldwide supplier of steam generators used in Power, Cogeneration, and Enhanced Oil Recovery applications.

We are currently seeking a Production Operator who will report to the Foreman / Lead Head and is responsible for safe operation of equipment and assisting in the production of products, adhering to Propak/IST values at all times. Periodic travel for Field Services repair work is anticipated.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure all Safety Rules & Regulations, and Quality & Production Procedures are adhered to
- Achieve required targets in line with levels of experience and Supervisor’s expectations
- Operate equipment including but not limited to, orbital welding machine, small power tools.
- In-House Training will be provided for Orbital Welding.
- Assembly of Parts and Components for the OTSG and EOR units




- Maintain 5S standard for shop equipment, supplies, and housekeeping in work area at all times
- Perform additional assignments as instructed by Supervisor’s direction

Qualifications:

- Safety Minded
- Previous welding experience is an asset, but not required
- Knowledge of fabrication shop production processes
- Enthusiastic and hardworking person with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain focus in an environment subject to constant change and pressure
- Ability to work as a small team with a positive attitude and willingness to undergo safety training
