Job Summary In this role, you will support daily warehouse and delivery operations by assisting with the blending, bagging, and labeling of seed products while ensuring all materials are handled safely and efficiently. You will operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to receive, inspect, store, and organize incoming seed shipments.

Responsibilities include preparing and packaging customer orders, maintaining accurate inventory through proper storage methods and regular counts, and keeping the warehouse clean and compliant with safety standards. You will also provide friendly, professional service to customers and partners. Additionally, you will load and unload seed materials, operate company delivery vehicles to transport products to customers and dealers, plan efficient delivery routes, and adhere to all Transport Canada regulations and safety protocols during transport.

Duties include but not limited to

- Assist in blending, bagging, and labeling.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming seed shipments.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or customer pickup.
- Organize and maintain inventory using proper labeling and storage methods.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to the warehouse supervisor.
- Keep warehouse clean, orderly,



and compliant with safety and cleanliness standards.
- Provide friendly and qualified customer service to our customers and network.
- Load and unload seed bags, pallets, and other materials from the delivery vehicle with the use of pallet jacks or forklifts.
- Safely operate company delivery vehicles to transport forage seed to customers and dealers.
- Plan and follow efficient delivery routes, using GPS navigation when needed.
- Comply with transport Canada regulations and all safety standards during transportation.

- Willing to work long hours during peak times of the season.
- Experience in warehousing and logistics operations.
- Some knowledge of the agricultural industry is ideal but not necessary.
- Valid drivers license and clean drivers abstract.
- Basic math skills

This position would run from date of hire until end of October with potential for extension with the right candidate. Pay: $17.00-$23.00 per hour
