Toro Glasswall Inc. is expanding and hiring dependable Production Workers to join our production team in a unionized manufacturing environment. Each successful candidate will be assigned to one dedicated department, allowing you to build skill depth and consistency in your area.

Position Overview

As a Line Assembly Worker, you will perform hands‑on general labour and assembly duties within a single department. You’ll work with materials, tools, and components to support daily production and ensure products meet Toro Glasswall’s high standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Line assembly work such as measuring, fitting, fastening, and performing quality checks

- Perform general labour tasks including material handling, staging, and maintaining a clean work area

- Use hand tools; power tools considered an asset





- Consistently lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift

- Read and interpret blueprints or shop drawings (asset)

- Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe, unionized workplace

Qualifications

- Experience in a heavy or industrial manufacturing environment is required

- Experience within the window and/or door manufacturing industry is a strong asset

- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and work on your feet for extended periods

- Comfortable using hand tools; familiarity with power tools is an asset

- Ability to read blueprints/shop drawings is an asset

- Good English communication skills (verbal and written) required

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment

- Willingness to work within a unionized environment

Compensation: $22.60 per hour (plus $1.25 per hour shift premium for Night Shift)
