We are looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead a complex Operational Technology (OT) portfolio within the utilities/energy sector.
Must-Haves:
- 10+ years of Program/Project Management experience.
- Significant experience delivering OT programs within utilities, energy, power generation, transmission, or distribution environments.
- Hands-on experience with one or more of SCADA, ADMS, DERMS, EMS/DMS, OT Networks, or Utility Telecommunications.
- Experience managing large, complex portfolios involving multiple concurrent projects and delivery teams.
- Experience managing budgets, vendors, contracts, and system integrators.
Nice to haves:
- Utility industry experience across electric, gas, transmission, distribution, or renewable energy.
- OT Cyber Security and/or grid modernization experience.
- Knowledge of NERC-CIP, ISA/IEC 62443, or other OT security frameworks.
- Experience integrating IT and OT environments.
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification.
