:

- Strong understanding of Networking technologies including LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, Load Balancers, Firewalls, VPNs, and Cloud Networking.
- Experience leading testing for infrastructure, cloud migration, and network transformation programs.




- Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
- Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery environments.

Preferred Qualifications
- Insurance or Financial Services industry experience.
- Exposure to Azure/AWS cloud platforms and network security testing.
- ISTQB, PMP, or equivalent certification.
- Experience with automation and performance testing tools

Roles & Responsibilities
- Define and govern program-level test strategy, plans, schedules, and quality metrics.
- Lead Functional, Integration, System, Regression, Performance, and User Acceptance Testing.
- Coordinate testing across multiple workstreams, vendors, and technology teams.
- Validate network infrastructure changes, connectivity, security, and performance requirements.
- Manage defects, risks, dependencies, and test environment readiness.
- Drive test automation adoption and continuous quality improvement.
- Provide executive-level reporting on test progress, quality risks, and release readiness
