Project Coordinator – Construction Survey

We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator with a strong background in construction surveying who is passionate about client service, team leadership, and problem solving.

This position is remote and allows you to work from home, supported by Connexa's virtual systems and collaborative digital environment.

The Work

- Supporting the Project Lead in execution of projects.
- Performing calculations for energy projects (wellsites, pipelines, etc.).
- Managing data for large scale pipeline projects.
- Producing clean, professional deliverables that meet client and industry standards.
- Collaborating with field crews and project leads to understand project scope and deliver results efficiently.
- Liaising directly with clients, offering technical solutions and outstanding customer service.
- Performing quality control on field data, computations, and drawings.
- Interpreting and applying engineering and construction IFC drawings.




- Maintaining a working understanding of land survey principles and the Western Canadian land tenure system.
- Operating independently within Connexa's remote virtual work environment.
- Providing on-call support for evening or weekend field emergencies when required.

What You Bring:
- A Diploma or Degree in Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum five years of experience in Energy related surveying.
- Robust working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and field-to-finish workflows.
- Experience across upstream and midstream oil and gas projects.
- A detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Exceptional communication and client-relation skills.
- A creative and solutions-focused mindset with the ability to think beyond the standard approach.
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- A passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
