Position Overview: Extol Developments Inc. is a construction management firm based in Regina, SK executing commercial and multi-family residential projects. Through clear, concise, and transparent communication, we strive to exceed client expectations and deliver projects as committed.

Purpose: We are looking for an individual who is a self-starter with an energetic, results-oriented work style, combined with solid analytical and problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail. The project coordinator will assist the project mangagers with day-to-day activities including both administrative and project-related tasks.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

- Work with project managers to deliver projects on time, on budget, and within scope.
- Maintain clear communication with clients, colleagues, and subtrades regarding progress and schedules.
- Track and analyze projects’ scope, schedule, performance, expenditures, procurement, and report about any possible or current blockers, risks, overflows, or deficits.
- Translate provided scope and requirements into tasks, then schedule and assign tasks as required.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Perform quality assurance.
- Ensure all safety requirements are met on site.
- Close project and documentation and pass project deliverables to operations.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Characteristics Needed to Succeed:





- Completed degree in Engineering or diploma in Architectural Technology.
- Experience in Canadian commercial and/or residential construction with understanding of mechanical, electrical, architectural and structural scopes, and applicable building codes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and problem-resolution of technical issues.
- Knowledge of work breakdown structures and architectural divisions.
- A professional demeanor and communication skills that support the ability to quickly build credibility with many stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to make site visits during the construction phases of projects.
- Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and iGuide are considered assets.
- Valid Canadian driver’s license, driver’s abstract, and criminal record check.

Job Type: Full time Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
