Location(s): Montreal A career as a Project Leader in the EVO-IT team at National Bank means acting as an orchestrator to deliver our technology projects and create value. This role allows you to have a positive impact on our organization through your leadership, outstanding organizational skills, and experience delivering projects in an Agile/SAFe environment.

Your job

- Manage and implement large-scale technology projects prioritized by the sector, while creating an environment that fosters motivation
- Continuously optimize the use of project resources to achieve the sector’s objectives
- Diagnose problematic situations, intervene, and get involved in resolving complex issues by ensuring solutions are put in place
- Identify and manage project risks and issues on an ongoing and proactive basis
- Produce the various reports needed to track project progress and provide status updates, while adapting communication to the audience
- Ensure alignment between IT and business teams regarding the various interdependencies affecting your project
- Act as a transformation agent to promote our values and maintain constant communication with all internal and external stakeholders.

Within the IT Delivery - Corporate, Data and Operational Risk sector, you are part of a large team of 10 colleagues and report to a Senior Manager. Our team stands out for its effectiveness in delivering projects with remarkable agility.

Prerequisites

- Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or 5 years of relevant experience
- At least 2 years of experience as a project manager in a large organization
- Experience facilitating workshops as well as coaching
- Comfortable working in an Agile delivery model
- Knowledge of Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence).

Languages: English, French
