Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation using construction management software such as Primavera P6 and HeavyBid.
- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate seamless communication and project alignment.
- Monitor project progress regularly; adjust schedules and resources proactively to meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
- Manage procurement processes by preparing estimates, reviewing bids, and overseeing construction estimating activities.
- Utilize tools like ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, and construction management software to track project documentation, change orders, and RFIs efficiently.




- Enforce safety protocols on-site; conduct regular inspections to uphold safety standards and compliance with regulations.

Requirements

- Proven experience in construction management or a related field with a strong understanding of heavy civil or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings.
- Hands-on experience with construction estimating software such as HeavyBid or similar tools.
- Familiarity with project management platforms like Primavera P6 and ProCore for scheduling and documentation control.
- Knowledge of civil engineering software including Civil 3D for site design coordination.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with diverse teams and stakeholders throughout all project phases.
