Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Leader to lead large-scale, complex, and high-risk OPS I⁢ initiatives . The role requires strong expertise in delivering projects within scope, time, and budget , while ensuring compliance with OPS methodologies, governance frameworks, and best practices .

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Governance

- Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex, high-profile I⁢ projects
- Ensure alignment with business requirements, timelines, scope, and budget
- Enforce OPS project management standards, frameworks, and compliance

Planning & Execution

- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and integrated plans
- Define project scope, deliverables, and milestones
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely execution

Financial & Budget Management

- Develop and manage complex project budgets across multiple funding channels
- Monitor, forecast, and reconcile project costs
- Ensure fiscal accountability and cost efficiency

Stakeholder & Team Management

- Lead cross-functional teams including OPS staff and FFS consultants
- Define roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations
- Manage stakeholder communication including senior executives and steering committees
- Resolve conflicts and manage resource allocation

Risk & Issue Management

- Identify risks proactively and develop mitigation strategies




- Escalate critical risks/issues to executive stakeholders
- Ensure timely resolution of project challenges

Reporting & Communication

- Provide project, program, and portfolio-level reporting
- Maintain clear documentation and communication across stakeholders
- Facilitate governance forums and stakeholder meetings

Change Management

- Drive organizational change across all project phases
- Manage resistance and ensure smooth adoption of solutions

Requirements Core Skills & Experience

- Proven experience managing large-scale I⁢ projects
- Strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, and execution
- Experience in budget management, forecasting, and financial control
- Ability to lead cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams
- Robust knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in risk management and issue resolution
- Ability to adapt to emerging technologies and evolving IT trends

Desirable Qualifications

- Knowledge of PMI PMBOK methodologies
- Understanding of Information Management principles and practices
- Familiarity with AODA standards and accessibility compliance
- Experience in technology procurement (software/hardware)
- Strong client relationship management skills
