What We’re Looking For

We’re growing and seeking a Project Managerto join our Oakville team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates with confidence, and enjoys leading projects from concept to completion.

What will you do

- Oversee full project lifecycle, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Review drawings, specs, and scope to plan and execute work effectively
- Prepare and manage schedules, budgets, RFIs, change orders, and documentation
- Conduct site visits to ensure safety compliance and high-quality execution
- Forecast project needs, resolve issues quickly, and provide regular updates
- Lead and support site teams with clear communication and direction
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with accuracy and attention to detail
- Build and maintain strong client relationships

What you need to succeed

- 5+ years of construction project management experience in commercial is preferred
- Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field is required
- Solid understanding of construction drawings,



building codes, and industry standards
- Proficiency with project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jonas, Bluebeam)
- Proven ability to lead teams, solve problems, and make informed decisions quickly
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Commitment to safety, quality control, and delivering excellent client service
- Ability to work in office in Oakville and travel to project sites as needed
