We are seeking an experienced

Project Manager to lead a complex initiative for a public-sector organization. This individual will oversee the project lifecycle, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure successful delivery within the established scope, schedule, budget, and governance framework.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the project from initiation and planning through implementation and closeout

- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, status reports, and governance documentation

- Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and change requests

- Coordinate internal business and technical teams, external vendors, and other project partners

- Facilitate meetings, workshops, steering committees, and executive presentations

- Monitor project performance and recommend corrective actions when required

- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, approval processes, and reporting requirements

- Support procurement, vendor management,



and contract-related activities

- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders at all organizational levels

Required Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience managing complex projects within the public sector or a highly regulated environment

- Strong knowledge of project management frameworks, governance, and delivery controls

- Experience managing cross-functional teams and third-party vendors

- Strong risk, issue, budget, schedule, and stakeholder management capabilities

- Experience working with Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid delivery methodologies

- Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and executive-level communication skills

- Ability to manage competing priorities in a structured and team-oriented manner

- PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent project management certification is preferred
