The Role: We are looking for a Project Manager to be the primary point of contact for our customers. You will own the entire customer relationship from the moment the contract is signed through to the final system activation. You will handle welcome calls, provide regular status updates, and conduct post-install quality checks, ensuring the customer feels informed and protected throughout the entire process.

What You Will Own

- The complete customer relationship after the sale is made.
- Conducting welcome calls and scheduling site inspections.
- Providing regular updates on permitting, pre-installation,



and project completion.
- Confirming system design and financing details with the homeowner.
- Sending the final closeout and requesting post-installation reviews.

What You Won't Do

- Field logistics, crew scheduling, or actual invoice collection.

Who You Are

- Highly empathetic but organized; you communicate clearly and confidently.
- You can translate complex solar and permitting processes into plain language for homeowners.
- You are proactive in your communication, never leaving a customer wondering what happens next.

Compensation & Benefits

- Base Salary: $65,000 – $75,000
- Incentive: Performance bonus structure tied to customer satisfaction, positive reviews, and project volume.
