Description

We are looking for an experienced Project / Program Manager with strong experience in the Banking & Financial Services domain to manage end-to-end delivery of technology and business transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead projects/programs from initiation through implementation and closure.
- Define scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, resources, and budgets.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, changes, and overall delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Business, Technology, QA, Operations, and Vendors.
- Manage stakeholder communication, governance meetings, and executive status reporting.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
- Drive Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Manage UAT, implementation, production rollout, and post-production activities.
- Ensure compliance with banking, security, risk, and regulatory requirements.




- Manage third-party vendors and ensure timely delivery of agreed commitments.

Banking Domain Experience Experience in one or more of the following areas:

- Core Banking / Digital Banking
- Payments / Cards
- Lending / Loan Origination
- KYC / AML / Fraud
- Risk & Compliance
- Banking APIs / Integrations
- Data Migration / Regulatory Reporting

Required Skills & Experience

- 8+ years of overall project/program management experience, preferably within Banking/Financial Services.
- Solid knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience managing large, cross-functional technology programs.
- Strong stakeholder, communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project , or similar.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, vendors, risks, and dependencies.

Preferred Certifications PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe or relevant banking certifications.
