We are looking for an experienced Property Maintenance Technician to handle repairs and maintenance across our residential apartment buildings and houses in Winnipeg.

They must be comfortable working independently and can assess a maintenance issue, determine what is required, obtain the necessary materials, and complete the repair without needing step-by-step direction.

Responsibilities

- General repairs and maintenance in apartments and houses
- Troubleshooting maintenance issues
- Minor plumbing repairs
- Carpentry, drywall, painting, doors, locks, cabinets, etc.
- Installing and replacing appliances
- Preparing and repairing vacant suites
- Purchasing/picking up materials required for jobs
- Assisting with renovations when time permits
- Identifying when a licensed trade or outside contractor is required

What We're Looking For
- Robust residential maintenance or renovation experience
- Broad knowledge of household repairs
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills




- Able to work independently and manage assigned jobs
- Comfortable working in occupied tenant suites
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
- Own basic hand tools
- Trade or construction experience is an asset but not required
